 Monitoring of Budget Spending 
Spending against approved budget shall be regularly monitored (on monthly or quarterly basis) by the Accounts Manager and board. The Program Manager will prompt any significant over/under spending. Any significant variance between the budget and the actual spending shall be examined by the President and any adjustments required shall be made accordingly.  
Updated financial reports including:
Income and Expenditure Reports
Updated funds situation &
Comparison of expenses with budgets (of all on-going projects) etc. shall be presented in the Board meetings. The Board shall discuss such reports and may suggest modifications/amendments/rectifications.
