Early rising is a good habit as it gives us early start our days work. We gain tire while the late riser are asleep. The early riser has another advantage that is good and sound health. They complete their work carefully and timely. They do not left their work for the next day. The early riser is always fresh. Happy and smart. The late riser find their duty dull and dry. Early rising is a key to success in life. When I research on this health tip many questions raise in my mind that:
1.     What kind of habit is early rising?   
2.     How an early riser looks?
3.     How does late riser feels?              
4.     What is the key to success in life?

5.     Why can an early riser do more work than the late riser?
